What is the Epigenetic Hair Analysis?

It's a wellness analysis run by our partner, Cell Wellbeing, using a few strands of your hair. Your report looks at more than 800 markers related to nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors, and comes with a personalized plan showing which foods to add, which to limit, and where to focus.

Is this a medical or diagnostic test?

No. This is a wellness tool, not a medical or diagnostic test. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor. If you have a medical concern, please talk to a qualified healthcare professional.

How do I take my sample?

Your kit includes step-by-step instructions. You'll collect a few strands of hair (Cell Wellbeing's analysis uses 4 strands from the back of the head, with the root attached), seal them in the envelope provided, and mail them back. No needles and no lab visit.

How long until I get my report?

Ella will email you when your report is ready.

Do you offer reports for pets?

Yes. We offer wellness reports for dogs and puppies, cats and kittens, and horses. They work the same way, using a small sample of your animal's hair or fur, and are not a substitute for care from your veterinarian.

What does coaching include?

The Kit + Training Bundle includes three one-on-one online sessions with Ella. She'll walk you through your results and help you turn your plan into simple daily habits. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.

How often should I retest?

Cell Wellbeing recommends a follow-up analysis after each 90-day plan so you can track your progress. The Test + 90-Day Retest package includes both analyses.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Because each analysis is personalized, we don't offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. If your kit arrives damaged or never arrives, email cellaviehealth@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice, but they aren't refundable.

Is my information private?

Yes. We only use your information to process your order, your analysis, and your coaching. According to Cell Wellbeing, sample data is encrypted and processed securely in Hamburg, Germany. See our Privacy Policy for details.
