About Me
Hi, I'm Ella.
For years, I didn't feel like myself. I was tired all the time, my weight was shifting, my hair was thinning, and my moods were all over the place. I went to appointment after appointment, and my blood work kept coming back normal. I was told it was probably stress. I knew something was off, but I didn't know where to start.
Then I tried an epigenetic hair analysis. For the first time, I had a clear, personal picture of the lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental factors that might be affecting how I felt. It gave me a starting point. I used those insights to make practical changes to what I ate and how I lived, one step at a time, and I finally felt like I was moving in the right direction.
That experience is why CellavieHealth exists. I know how frustrating it is to feel unheard, and I want to help women get useful answers faster, without the guesswork.
What the test is
The Epigenetic Hair Analysis is a wellness analysis run by our partner, Cell Wellbeing, using just a few strands of your hair. Your report looks at more than 800 markers related to nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors, such as vitamins, minerals, foods, and everyday stressors. It comes with a personalized plan that shows which foods to add, which to limit, and where to focus first.
No needles, no lab visit. You collect your sample at home and mail it in.
Who it's for
- Women who feel "off" and want a clearer starting point for lifestyle and nutrition changes
- Anyone who wants a personalized food and wellness plan instead of generic advice
